Description

This is a server-based time management application. It can be used by project managers to track the time spent by entire teams. Reports can be run directly from the ClokBox application, or over the Web with a standard browser. Users can also store reports to be re-run at a later time.

The program is Web-enabled, and individual team members submit their times automatically. It is designed to accept submissions from TimeBox, which is a single-user time tracking application. Workers can submit time manually or automatically, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedules.

ClokBox also allows for the tracking of fixed-cost and variable-cost expenses, along with fixed-cost fees. Expenses and fees can be combined with time spent on specific projects and tasks to generate invoices.

It also includes an instant messaging function, a function that allows administrators to create customized reports in a variety of formats and backup capabilities. ClokBox also has a built-in Web server and database.
